No, I am not an influencer or hipster with the buzzwords online.  This is a rare moment you'll find me referencing anything deemed viral. 

Wrapping up the year has left much to do, but also provided some excellent reflective moments, specifically with recent new client conversations. 

I am VERY thankful for the people who value transparency and "bringing it all to the table," so to speak. This clarity in communication helps empower a brand if it's the right time to engage with our team. 

One commonality in conversations was their honest admission of neglecting to enforce their MAP policy and not fully seeing their unauthorized sellers shut down. My curiosity is always...why would they shoulder this alone or think anyone will judge? Let's get it taken care of...stat! Let the brand keep its reputation and shine while we are the potential bad guys.

Some have dusty policies and documents that nobody on their team had or made time to review in the past few years or more - often followed by a year of busyness and change. Still, valid reasons led to nobody prioritizing putting effort into this.  

That's ok!  This frequent scenario is one of the most simplistic and rapid solutions to which we provide a strategy.  Our team assesses the situation and proposes the areas of focus that make the most sense and will have the most impact. As long as the brand is willing to do its part, we activate this seamless process and see results quickly.
